Issues

Major concerns Lydia can help you with include (but not limited to):

  1. Increasing confidence (and decreasing self-doubt);
  2. Handling stress and pressure better (and reducing anxiety);
  3. Boosting mood and well-being;
  4. Improving focus and decision making (and reducing second guessing that can be debilitating);
  5. Enhancing performance towards more consistently achieving personal and professional goals;
  6. Breaking bad habits and sustaining healthy lifestyle;
  7. Adjusting to change and managing crisis (navigating uncharted waters and becoming more resilient);
  8. Resolving conflict and improving relationships.
  9. Recovering and bouncing forward from infidelity and betrayal in relationships.

That is, generally for mobilizing your inner resources for optimal health, well-being and success.

What to expect from your sessions

  • You can expect the practitioner’s full attention, positive regard, and commitment to you.
  • You can expect that all sessions are confidential (unless any harm or threat to life is imminent).
  • You can expect to be challenged as well as supported.
  • Depending on what brings you to counselling and coaching, you can expect insight and positive change/s after just
    one session, but lasting change and breakthroughs typically begin to take hold from 6-12 sessions.
  • Optimal mental and emotional fitness (such as required by top performers in sports or other performance domains, e.g., performing arts, medicine, business, etc.), can take anywhere from 6 months to two years for the mental and emotional conditioning that leads to consistently achieving peak performance.
  • Many clients find it beneficial to take notes during sessions, as well as to keep a record of thoughts and experiences in between sessions.
